Ask Your Drawing Anything with @AI

Tag @AI in any comment on your technical drawing to ask follow-up questions about tolerances, manufacturing methods, or missing dimensions.

How it works

Tag @AI in any comment on your drawing. The AI sees your drawing, the previous review findings, and exactly where your comment is pinned. It responds directly in the thread.

A few examples of what you can ask:

  • “What tolerance would you recommend for this bore?”
  • “What’s the best manufacturing method for this part?”
  • “Is this feature fully dimensioned?”
  • “What does this GD&T frame mean?”
  • “Our laser cutter is down — which alternative manufacturing method would you recommend?”

The AI responds in the same language you write in, references the specific feature at your comment location, and considers information from all views on the page.

How to use it

  1. Upload a drawing and run an AI review
  2. Pin a comment on any feature, or reply to an existing comment or review
  3. Include @AI in your message
  4. The AI responds in the thread within a few seconds

What the AI sees

The AI has full context for every question:

  • Your drawing
  • All comments and reviews on the drawing
  • The instruction profile used for the original AI review

This means it knows exactly which feature you’re asking about, understands the discussions already happening in comments, can cross-reference dimensions across views, check the title block for general tolerances, and give answers grounded in what’s actually on the drawing.
