One AI review = one drawing (one PDF or DXF file), regardless of how many pages it has. The review is done by Pen, our AI assistant purpose-built for engineering drawings. Follow-up questions you ask within that review don't count separately — they're included.

Text to Drawing and Autodraft from STEP draw from the same credit pool. Each generation counts as one AI review credit, whether you ran a drawing review, a text-to-drawing prompt, or a STEP-to-drawing conversion. When your credits run out, generation still works and falls back to our free lightweight model at no charge.

No. Each plan includes a fixed monthly review capacity that resets every month, like the included volume on a phone plan, and the subscription price is the same regardless of usage; there is no separate platform fee. If you are consistently below your capacity, a smaller plan plus €2.00 per extra review is cheaper, and you can switch plans at any time.

A paid seat is for an active team member who uploads drawings, runs AI reviews, manages settings, or replies in discussions. Guest reviewers are anyone you share a drawing link with — colleagues, suppliers, contractors, customers — and they can view and comment without using a seat. Guest reviewers are unlimited on every paid plan.

Pro includes 1 seat and 40 AI reviews per month, Team 5 seats and 150 reviews, Scale unlimited seats and 500 reviews. Pro and Team add extra seats at €20 per seat per month; Scale stops counting seats at the top tier. Unlimited guest reviewers on every paid plan, so suppliers and external reviewers don't use a seat. Larger teams or higher volumes can talk to us about Enterprise.

Yes, with the Enterprise plan. We offer on-premise deployment inside your own network, so drawings never leave your infrastructure. Pen itself runs inside your network. Every on-premise rollout includes a one-time installation and configuration project, quoted individually on top of the Enterprise subscription. Regional cloud hosting in the EU is available as well.
