Every AI action costs a fixed number of credits. A deep AI review of a drawing (one PDF or DXF file) costs 10 credits and a light review of one sheet in a drawing set 2. Follow-up questions to Pen inside a review are free. You see what a review cost once it is done, and every action is listed in the usage history on your subscription page.

Every Pro user brings 100 credits a month, shared by the whole team. Extra credits cost €0.20 / $0.25 each, as a monthly pack or as you need them.

A Text to Drawing or 3D to Drawing generation costs 10 credits. When your credits run out, generation keeps working on our free lightweight model at no charge.

No. Credits reset every month, like the included volume on a phone plan, and the subscription price is the same regardless of usage. There is no separate platform fee. You can change the number of users or extra credits at any time.

A paid user is a team member who uploads files, runs AI reviews, manages settings or replies in discussions. Guest reviewers are anyone you share a file link with (colleagues, suppliers, contractors, customers). They view and comment without a paid user, and they are unlimited on every paid plan.

Pro starts at €20 a month, or €16 billed annually, for one user and 100 AI credits. Pick a larger credit pack on the plan if you need more, and add users for the same price each, every user bringing 100 more credits that the whole team shares. Beyond your credits, extra credits run as you need them, with a spending cap you set. Scale has unlimited users and 5000 credits a month for €1000. Yes, with the Enterprise plan. We offer on-premise deployment inside your own network, so your files never leave your infrastructure. Pen itself runs inside your network. Every on-premise rollout includes a one-time installation and configuration project, quoted individually on top of the Enterprise subscription. Regional cloud hosting in the EU is available as well. Talk to us about which setup fits your IT requirements.
