Sharing & Permissions
When you share a drawing, you can choose what level of access each collaborator has. This guide explains the different roles and what each one can do.
Roles
The person who owns the drawing. Has full control including the ability to delete the drawing and its versions.
A trusted collaborator who can upload new versions, run AI reviews, invite others, and manage all comments. Cannot delete the drawing itself.
A guest reviewer who can view the drawing, add comments, and resolve issues. Ideal for external reviewers or stakeholders who need to provide feedback.
